We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations after the 14-day refund period.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTRIXAI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
